These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Katla, a Discord bot developed by Lumidex ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Katla, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Katla.
1. Description of Katla
- Katla is a Discord bot designed to provide a word-guessing game similar to Wordle but in Bahasa Indonesia. It operates within the Discord platform and is hosted by Lumidex, a software service provider. The Katla website can be accessed at https://katla.lumidex.id Please note that there may be other entities operating websites with the name "Katla," which are not affiliated with our Discord bot.
2. Use of Katla
- You may use Katla solely for its intended purpose, which is to play the word-guessing game within Discord servers. You agree not to use Katla for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes. You also agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of Katla or any servers on which it operates.
3. Priacy
- We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using Katla, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://kata.lumidex.id/privacy.
4. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in Katla, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to Lumidex. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Katla without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumidex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Katla, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, for your use of Katla.
6. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the Katla website. Your continued use of Katla after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Katla at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
